I would like my opinion to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with Dr. Mahnaz Ghomeishi, the family physician who has recently started working at that clinic. Her behavior toward patients is completely unprofessional, lacking attention to ethical principles and medical duty, and falls below the medical standards expected in Canada, after two appointments with her.
The reception staff are very helpful and responsive. Even if you miss their call or end up on voicemail, they always call back. They’re also quick to respond to emails and make sure to follow up on any requests with the doctors. Always polite, professional, and cooperative. It really makes a difference!
I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Kaveh Fekri. From the very first appointment, it was clear that he is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled but also deeply compassionate toward his patients.
