Very poor experience no Organization when checking out, I have worked in a doctors office for 25 years never seen anything like it who ever the office manager is needs to step up. The doctor is so nonchalant, makes you wonder. This was my first visit and my last as my mother would always say first impression is a lasting impression. And believe me that impression wasn’t good at all. And I read the reviews before going and said well I understand not everybody likes everybody but now I understand.
Dont listen to the other reviews, this place is great, the eye doctors there know what they are doing and are very nice people.
The office and exam were great but the lady at the optical shop needs to learn that if you greet your customers they may stay and actually buy glasses from you. Your people skills suck old lady. You should know better.
