I can't tell you how disappointed I am in the service Azam has provided. I've been trying to get a copy of my electric gas certificate for over 2 years and when I've been told it will be provided it hasn't been. In addition to this I've been trying to book an appointment with him for months and there has a lack of response to calls and messages.
