The overall care is good. The lady at the front desk was not very pleasant. She made me very uncomfortable. She was not very nice. She was short and not friendly. Laurel, or Lana or Lily, something with an L. She had on long sleeves and wore glasses. I appreciate the overall care, but I would really suggest some customer service training for the front office. Everyone else was great!
