Great people to work with.
We used this title company for the sale of our house. They’re on top of everything and very friendly. I watched how they dealt with the seller as well - I wish when we had purchased our home that we would’ve had a title co as helpful as them. They gave the seller next steps for homestead exemption, their first payment, etc. All things we didn’t get as sellers from a different title company when we purchased the house. They’re great.
