Please do not buy a home here. Our HOA bill is $330 a month, and we are paying for things that we have no business paying. The gate is in our bill, and it doesn’t work. The insurance for the outside has been dropped by the HOA, yet we are still paying the same price. We are ALSO paying extra for the slack of people that don’t pay! We have ONE parking spot because the garage is too small for our cars, and we get tickets for parking in overflow on Dante Circle! If I could give zero stars, I would!

Do not move to this community. The HOA is one of the highest in the community, and it has risen $75 a month in the 4 years,have lived here with nothing to show. $330 a month is absolutely ridiculous! We have a gate we are paying for that does not work, the lawn care is terrible, they have recently stopped insuring the structure of townhouses due to high insurance costs and we now pay that also. The construction is very poor quality. They are still building which will make parking even harder, their solution is for the owner ... read more

Please never buy here. The HOA is corrupt. $300 a month for a gate that doesn’t work and no parking. What a joke. There is no parking here. They expect one of your parking spaces to be in the garage but the garage is tiny!! But they also expect you to keep your trash bins in the garage or behind your house in the bushes. There are snakes that bite behind our homes that are venous. So good luck living here! They want your house to fall apart before they do anything!
