When I bought my house If I had known what I know now I never would have bought into this community. The HOA does nothing but take my money. I personally think they are stealing from homeowners but cannot prove it. I pay $330/month for crappy ugly landscaping ( The Greenery staff is lazy and incompetent) , half-assed power washing ( the company left soap residue all over my windows etc), and a filthy pool amenity.......the restrooms are filthy .....plugged up toilets that took the HOA weeks to fix.... Beautiful community. Why in the world would the board choose to bring Bundy Managment back. I had hoped with all the improvements things would continue in a efficient way. From past dealings with Bundy I would have thought they would never be considered again.
Please do not buy a home here. Our HOA bill is $330 a month, and we are paying for things that we have no business paying. The gate is in our bill, and it doesn’t work. The insurance for the outside has been dropped by the HOA, yet we are still paying the same price. We are ALSO paying extra for the slack of people that don’t pay! We have ONE parking spot because the garage is too small for our cars, and we get tickets for parking in overflow on Dante Circle! If I could give zero stars, I would!
