I have lived in this apartment for over 20 years. I've experienced many managers over the years but have never been as impressed as I have been with Ms. Luz Paz. She always has a smile and concern for everyone here. She has always been helpful when needed, professional and caring. She is one of the many reasons I stay here! Happy and comfortable resident! The chain smoking neighbor filling my apartment with cigarette smoke and the excessively loud neighbors who smoked weed in their bathroom every night and stunk up my place are the main reasons for not renewing. Expect roaches starting in the spring - you are charged every month for pest control but plan to do it yourself. Home Defense will be your best friend. This is an anonymous tip, and it's said with nothing but love for how my life has been at this apartment. Everything has been up to standard, maintenance is quick and productive and I have yet to go un-attended to by the local staff. That's to say, compared to most of the apartments around this area, you get something close to what you pay for. UPDATE: It has been 5yrs since I moved to Azalea Springs. I am still here and still have not one single complaint. I upgraded a year ago from a 2brdm to a 3 bdrm and am as comfortable as ever. I am quite fussy about location and noise levels as I am extremely sensitive to sound and that is one of the main reasons I continue to stay here - I NEVER have been bothered by noise.
