The ease of obtaining an appointment and the ability to complete new patient forms online made the office experience pleasant. The staff was courteous, efficient and professional. Dr Rebel Huffman was very courteous, extremely thorough and Professional. I would recommend her to all Palestine residents who are having a need for Orthopedic Hand Specialist.
Dr. Merrick was thorough with his exam and in explaining the details of my back issues with me.

Worst clinic experience EVER! Perfect example of profits over patients! They won’t tell you what to pay up front then a week later pull 400$ out of your bank account bc they require a credit card put down before you can see the doctor, you can not refuse. If you have a high deductible or cash pay I would suggest choosing another clinic, they will treat you horrible, refuse services, fraudulently bill you and then deny you access to care. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!
