I had such an amazing experience! The service was excellent – I was even offered tea while getting my nails done, which made me feel so comfortable. The lady who did my nails was truly an expert; she worked with so much perfection and professionalism. I absolutely loved her service and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful nails and a relaxing experience.
Got my eyelashes done for the very first time by Vivian. She was really sweet and talked me through the process. She explained the different types and how they would look on my face and eyes. She played calming music and then started the process. I loved it and would 100% recommend
Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Care. I recently visited this nail salon for a simple $25 manicure, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite informing the technician about a damaged nail and asking her not to touch it, she proceeded to touch it, causing it to bleed. She apologized, but the damage was done. My wife went there this evening and came back with 2 bleeding fingers.. definitely won't recommend this place to anyone.
The customer service is very good . Very friendly and very polite. Next time I will go for a foot massage.
