Good experience, very good staff and wonderful food served

I know of someone who was there before and heard that they got treated horribly by a neglectful staff and was given horrible disgusting unhealthy food. Sadly they didn't last very long there and passed away soon after going there.
They are not providing heat to residents rooms and feeding them food that is hardly edible. Unsanitary conditions and very rude to residents who are the source of their income. They are about to face a rude awakening coming their way. A sad pitiful shame a place like this has gotten away with these cruel practices but not for long now.
