This business is very unethical. They ordered a huge Walmart order with over 188 items yesterday and put a $47 tip on it so that someone would take the order. Customers have 24 hrs to edit tips. They cancelled the entire tip. It took a lot of time to load the order and even more time to unload it. Walmart only paid $6 for this order and they knew that they could manipulate a driver with the huge tip. It is so insulting that they chose to zero out the tip. Horrible place. Please don't take your loved ones here. The quality of food the state should shut them down for. Canned foods no fresh fruits and vegetables. I brought and asked them to prepare certain small dishes for mom they get an attitude. No outdoor activities. Mom gained 20 pounds in a year between lack of exercise and salty canned foods. My husband was in Azalea house for 2 months. It was the worst experience for us. It started out nice but they started over medication him and not taking care of his personal need. I wouldn’t recommend this facility.
We’ve had two generations of family that have lived at Azalea House. We have always been very appreciative of the loving care they received.
