I have been to Azalea Rehab 3 times and each time I received excellent care. The aids were professional and attentive to my needs. The therapists were the best and understood how to treat my rehabilitation in a safe manner to get me back on my feet. I highly recommend Azalea Rehab.
This place is awful. My brother was in there and I informed them the wheel chair was broke. One of the wheels would not lock. Cane back the next morning and he had fell out of chair it overturned. I took pictures of ho we nasty the room was and showed the director and within 5 minutes she had 2 people in there cleaning it. Found him sleeping on a mattress with no sheets. I stayed here for months close to a year if not longer and some of the staff was horrible and some were great. During my time I witnessed rooms that were covered in roaches. There were times that the cafeteria sent frozen foods, I also got woke up in the middles of the night with an aid swearing at my roommate while changing him also heard said aid tell another aid to watch out that he was a fighter which was a lie because the man was in his right mind and would not hurt a fly, once people started quitting there was nobody t... read more
Phenomenal nursing home 🏠 As a travel nurse I e seen many nursing homes. This place the staff genuinely cares about the resident and gives exceptional service. Highly recommend.
