My first visit to this office and I am so happy I found them. When I moved from West Palm recently I was very concerned about finding the right PCP as I LOVE my former Doctor in Boynton Beach, whom I had been seeing for several years. From the moment I stepped into this office I felt welcomed, from the front desk (Mindy) to the nurse (Anya) to the Doctor (Dr. Montalvo). My grandmothers appointment was at 1:15pm, we arrived at 1:10pm and didn’t see Dr. Brian until after 2:30pm. I get being a little behind but this is ridiculous.
Big city wisdom with small town kindness.
At any doctor’s office, you’re going to wait a while, that’s to be expected. But I’ll wait as long as I have to to be able to see Brian Brooks. He has been my kids physician for over 15 years. He still encourages them and speaks life into them, the same way he did when they were babies. Dr. Brian is a hidden gem in our community. So thankful for him!!
