The staff was good, the doctor was the problem. Do not come here if you want your problems to actually be heard. She completely dismissed my wife's symptoms and issues like it was nothing and talked to us like we were fools. Dr. Milagro Mantalvo does not care about your issues I DO NOT recommend.
Staff was not interested in my well being, and would not help me with opening doors even though I was using a walker. Doctor was cold and not interested in my health challenges or concerns..Will seek other medical assistance.
My first visit to this office and I am so happy I found them. When I moved from West Palm recently I was very concerned about finding the right PCP as I LOVE my former Doctor in Boynton Beach, whom I had been seeing for several years. From the moment I stepped into this office I felt welcomed, from the front desk (Mindy) to the nurse (Anya) to the Doctor (Dr. Montalvo). My grandmothers appointment was at 1:15pm, we arrived at 1:10pm and didn’t see Dr. Brian until after 2:30pm. I get being a little behind but this is ridiculous.
