Absolutely terrible! They can’t even call their patients back. The nurses voice mail is FULL. Have they not been checking that for days, weeks even! My mother needs her meds refilled or she will stroke. Which she has twice because of them. And here she is waiting another three weeks calling and calling and calling. Just to be hung up on. Three weeks without her meds!
Secretarial staff was horrible every time I dealt with them. The doctor hardly listened to me, never was with him for longer than ten minutes. Follow up and prescriptions were difficult as well. I don’t recommend this place at all!
Sometime have to wait a long time. Staff is so so. But the Doctor is great! Thanks Holly!!!
