I have stayed in Blowing Rock many times. I am amazed at how people can rate places like this 'Inn'' a 5 or 4 stars? Don't bother with this place. Militant front desk clerk, aka 'GM'. She told me 'it was like staying at my grandmother's house' - huh? Did Not sleep at all due to the next door room guest snored so loud I couldn't even hear my TV. Left a day early, bye-bye. Please keep my money Azalea 'Inn'. Maintenance Manager was very polite and friendly though. Dont book through Expedia, etc even with insurance, it's just bs... read more

We stayed at Azalea Garden recently to see a snowfall. My great uncle started Azalea Garden Inn with his wife and two children. That was many many years ago and this is my first time ever visiting on my own. We had a lovely time.

I was going there the night the storm hit. Well they only had one night I wanted three. So I canceled and never went. They took my money anyways. I would not go back there again I use to stay there once in awhile when I would go there. Have stayed at most of the places there. Now I will stay at Cliff Dwellers very nice place well worth the money.

Wonderful place we would stay again...rooms little dated but the grounds and location make up for that
