Heat restored, issue resolved quickly.
Cleared vents efficiently, much improved airflow.
Compared to a previous repair service whose temporary fix lasted barely a month, this technician quickly identified the refrigerant leak and repaired it in about an hour. The system has been running smoothly for several weeks now without any further issues.
I expected a quicker installation since it was a replacement of the same model, but they ended up needing an extra hour due to some changes in the vent setup. Their willingness to explain the adjustments and check back later for efficiency made me appreciate their thoroughness compared to my last installation experience.
The quote I received was quite reasonable, and the technician installed the new thermostat efficiently in just under an hour, patiently explaining how to use its features. Unlike my previous experience with another company, this time I felt confident everything was set up correctly.
