Great customer service! They made the process so easy!
I will never use them again. It’s 5/27 I still do not have my return. I’m 1099 and I did not feel comfortable filing myself like I normally do. I used azalea but it was a big mistake. First the efile was rejected. They said it was because of a dependent. It wasn’t. They said they would have to mail it in so I asked if I needed to come in and sign. They said no.
