The credit union was hacked on December 6, 2018, I was contacted that “my” debit card was flagged for fraud alert. Was informed by a representative for the Calvert, AL Brach that I would receive a card 10 days from December 6, 2018. It is now December 19, 2018. Still no debit card. I began calling the credit union on December 11th. Was informed my card has been shipped, I’ve called every day since, only to be on hold long periods of time never get a callback.
