I agree wholeheartedly with the other 5-star reviews. Azalea Assisted Living gave loving care to my friend for the last 4 months of her life. She was terminally ill and needed 24/7 care with help eating, sitting, dressing, toilet, and bathing. There is a wonderful team of caregivers who were always kind, attentive, and patient. My mom lived with the Azalea family her last 4 years. I agree with other reviews and would give them 100 stars if I could. Azalea is managed by a nurse practitioner, Christina who is caring and knowledgeable. Her staff led by Dorothy provides superb care with kindness and compassion. There were celebrations and activities. Volunteers, therapists and family were always welcomed. I will always love them for the care of my mom and the peace it gave me and their friendship. P.S. Hey, I'm an employee . I have been working at Azalea for the last 3 years, with a good team. We find joy and happiness in caring for the elderly here because the environment is amazingly pleasant. Christina is the manager, and she treats us with utmost respect and makes us feel valued and appreciated.
My mother has been an Azalea resident for almost three years. The owner and staff are all first-class. The environment is personal and caring. All her needs are being taken care of and her requests and wishes are honored. Visitation is encouraged and welcomed. The facility is always clean and tidy. The meals are selected and prepared with the senior’s needs and appetites in mind. Our family is grateful and appreciative of the care given at Azalea.
My mom became a resident at Azalea in February 2023. She moved there from a larger assisted living facility but was in need of additional care as her dementia was progressing. I cannot say how thankful I am every day that she is living at such a wonderful place. The staff, led by Dorothy, goes over and above every single day, showing my mom and all of the residents top notch care, love , compassion and respect.
