Update. They have come out and fixed my AC and it’s working wonderfully. They still don’t answer their phone when you call and they also delete comments on their instagram account when you try to bring the problem to their attention that way. I’ve had nothing but issues with my AC since I moved in back in April. There is a huge leak every time I use it and when I put in a maintenance request the guy comes out and just vacuums the tray out and tells me it is condensation and it’s normal that every apartment does this. Rats, mice, mold, no AC, roaches, fire hazards, package thieves, leaks and more. You won't be able to get maintenance for your apartment because nobody answers the phone for management. While living here my dog had killed 2 rats and a mouse died in my toilet. Every night you can hear the rats screeching and scurrying around, going to the bathroom, you can get jumpscared by a rat brushing past your leg while it runs somehwere to hide. The reviews here are not an exaggeration, they might even be an understatement as to how bad the living conditions are. The 575 rent may be tempting, but after the renters insurance and utilities, it's 682 per month, and that's not even accounting for the Wifi which you gotta get yourself. So basically it's not even that cheaper from other places. Also sure, it's literally accross the street, but it's still not worth it. in hindsight, I'd rather walk 15-20 minutes in the blazing heat a day instead of living in a bad place fo... read more
