I purchased this pendant from Azadi Jewellery last year. Before buying it, I specifically asked about the black part and was told it was only a very thin black finish with almost no weight—not a separate piece. Unfortunately, after it came apart, I discovered that the black section appears to be a plastic piece that had simply been glued onto the pendant. I visited your location and was served by two different ladies. The younger lady was very kind, professional, and reasonable in her service, and I really appreciated her attitude. However, the older lady behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner, and her interaction with customers was not appropriate. I hope this issue can be addressed.
