I visited your location and was served by two different ladies. The younger lady was very kind, professional, and reasonable in her service, and I really appreciated her attitude. However, the older lady behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner, and her interaction with customers was not appropriate. I hope this issue can be addressed.

Had really positive experience on visit, the sales lady explained the products well and made sure I consider all available options. The prices were very reasonable, Quality and collection was great. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for beautiful and high-quality jewelry.
