The front office staff are horrible. The referral department really are bad they make you have to go down there to almost beg them to do there job. Was a very bad experience. They don’t care about there patients. So we moved on to another place.
This place is a JOKE!! The doctor doesn’t speak English that’s helpful!! If I could give it a zero I sure would. The front of the office apparently is no better since they couldn’t manage to roll the chair across the room and call for past medical records even after the appointment was scheduled then rescheduled due to the fact they didn’t get it right the first time, then still couldn’t get it done the second time. I mean no one seemed overworked in this place yet no one can do their jobs. What a joke for a medical facility
They were great when my provider was Heather Davis but the new guy, Nick whatever his last is (I wouldn't know he's never introduced himself to me) leaves something to be desired.
Worst doctors office yet
I have epilepsy I had to get my medicine one day and I was out of refills and they pulled me in that day talk to me about it refilled my medicine that day, I've been going here since I was a child I've never had a problem.
