I LOVE Jill Burnett. Myself and my babies see her. She's so good at listening and affirming your health concerns. She respects parent choice in regards to vaccines. The best family practice I've been to in years. 10/10
Y’all need to fire Kela or Kayla, however your pronounce her name... She works front desk, and made me wait over 30+ minutes on hold with no response to my question. Hire more respectful & professional office staff next time because this is ridiculous!
Lets just say I should have saught legal action while I had the chance, but did not and there's a 2 year frame for malpractice. I was promised I would be ok. And I'm not. Do not come to aza health. I came here for affordability. It's not worth it.
