My wife and I had a humiliating and discriminatory experience at this office. She does not speak English fluently and used a translator on her phone. Despite this, the staff did not provide any assistance, made her wait for over 2 hours without response, and eventually mocked her. When closing time arrived, they called the police to remove her without ever providing any medical service. This treatment was not only disrespectful, it also violates fundamental rights. Horrible customer service
The nurse practitioner, Jill is amazing and very welcoming she makes you feel very comfortable with any questions or concerns you may have and truly cares for her patients and takes her time ! Nothing but positive experience with the front desk ladies and the lab techs as well
