If you just want good old fashioned service, call these guys! I struggled to get a replacement turbo and sent mine in for repair. They knocked it out quickly and got it back to me quickly. This is a service truck that had been down for weeks and not making any money. Thanks for helping us get our old truck back on the road!
I spoke with Joe for a few minutes today, and what a great guy! I was asking about turbo balancing ('07 Ram 3500 6.7 Cummins), and out of the blue, he gave me free information that just made my day! That's just not done anymore...free unsolicited knowledge or information! I don't even ask businesses for info anymore since its seems such a big deal anymore. Man that is old school at its best!
