Sometimes, they mess up. But every time I've told them I didn't like something, they adjusted and were kind. I really learned how to speak up for myself when it came to my nails at the salon. Everyone there has been friendly and kind. The lady who answers the phone and schedules appointments is a fantastic artist. I'm sorry, I never caught her name even though I've been there several times. She is the only one that I allow to do artwork on my nails. Just simply because I appreciate her eye in detail. I have so many cuts and scrapes all over my fingers after I told her I have sensitive skin. I don't have a single finger on my left hand that isn't bleeding. My nails are also crooked but I was in too much pain to ask her to fix them. $50 for so much pain and my nails have to be redone as soon as my cuts heal.
