Arrived at 9:45 for a 10 O'Clock checkin. Had a 10:15 appointment, went back at 10:35 to have Mammogram and an Ultrasound done. Once I got in for the Ultra Sound I was told that an Emergency came up and that is why the delay. I think the Emrgency was there lunch as I saw patients come and go. Bathroom by the waiting area had a sign OUT OF SERVICE but Employees used it! Patient restroom was at the other end of the hall. Finally left at 1:25. They must have the stupidest people working here. Worked for this company over 6 years ago. Quit due to management and seeing what was going on in the company. Recent found out company was bought by a different company and was hoping things had changed. Boy was as I wrong....Its been 12 days no results. Drs office called and tried to get info was told they didnt have anything for me. No records of my test. I called down there and it was a different story. My family's encounter with AZ Tech Radiology was less than stellar. I would not have even give a 1 star but that is the lowest option. Quality of service, customer service and even business basics like a functional phone service for voicemail are non existent.
RecommendedEveryone is so nice, caring, & efficient! Personal attention to each patient! Makes having a mammogram almost enjoyable!😁
