Adam was very helpful the second I called to ask about my laptop. He was able to troubleshoot in a matter of minutes and fix it for me, also very cordial!

Horrible custom build process. These people do not know how to build computers correctly as well as as throwing some of the boxes I need for my pc. These people are not technicians. They didn’t even updated the drivers or know how to do it at all. I had to do all the drivers updates by myself. Do no trust these people with your pc.
