We took a broken laptop to see of it might be savable. The owner spent some time troubleshooting our machine, ultimately told us that we would need soldering and it still might not work. He did not try to sell us more services, nor did he charge us for his efforts. Honest, knowledgeable guy.

The communication, professionalism, and overall customer service were top tier. It’s hard to find businesses that genuinely care about taking care of their customers this well. Super impressed and highly recommend them to anyone needing computer or MacBook repairs.
Excellent work performed by Ali and his team. He diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed all the issues satisfactorily with very nominal charges for parts and labor. I will go to them again for future needs.
