Mona was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me.
We were looking for someone to use on a long-term basis because our CPA retired. We had some specific questions about our LLC that went unanswered, but we proceeded. They had all of our documents a couple months before the April 15th deadline, but after about a week we called to check in. We were told that we were "in line."
