My doctor Brian Carson is awesome. One of my favorite doctors I’ve ever had. Unfortunately the front office is a mess, they never send email or text reminders for appointments, and RARELY answer the phone. I feel bad for the doctors having to deal with it because they have probably lost a lot of patients due to the front office. EDIT, changing to a 1 star. Good doctors, front office, billing office, office and billing managers will make your life miserable. Phone calls are not answered or returned or resolved. They do not "see" you as a patient or person ~ you are a number only $$$$$
Probably trash. It's a medical doctor, all they do is gaslight you, give the same treatment options, and lazily and half assedly question why ur not getting better
Good doc, but any requests between visits are ignored, forgotten, and require multiple follow ups. I ultimately left for that reason. Very disappointing.
