AZ Spas and Patio demonstrates horrible customer service as a company. They sell Spas that they do not service, and because they are a 3rd party seller the manufacturer will not service the Spa. Repeat ignored calls after spending $16,000 on a spa is ridiculous!
BEWARE!!!! This store is completely FRAUD! Go anywhere else but here. Just as a previous customer stated a week ago I purchased a Marquis Crown Collection Epic Hot Tub and I’ve had nothing but problems since we had it. At first, they would send out the repair guy each time. There was a different story telling me everything’s fine, but I kept on losing water daily. I was having to add water every couple days. We purchased a Marquis Crown Epic (delivered Feb 2023). AZ Spas & Patio emphasized customer service, but our experience was the opposite. We had repeated leaks and failed parts (lights/speakers/MicroSilk pump), plus multiple “repairs” that didn’t hold. After the spa came back from their shop on Sep 18, 2025, it immediately leaked 8–10 inches of water per day.
