We signed a contract with Andrey Zaykovskiy, owner of AZ Siding to supply and install Hardie Plank (panels) on the East, North and West sides of our house on Sept 7, 2019. The work with AS Siding is guaranteed for 5 years. By the 3rd and 4th year the nails on the west and east side are exposed and are not flush with the Hardie Plank. AZ has amazing customer service. We had initially contacted AZ for a quote for our exterior siding. When we ran into issues with the company we hired, Dmitry came right away, gave us great information and even provided us with a contact for someone to help us with rot repair instead of working as the middle man and increasing the cost. His integrity in the whole process won our respect and certainly our future business.
AZ has amazing customer service. We had initially contacted AZ for a quote for our exterior siding. When we ran into issues with the company we hired, Dmitry came right away, gave us great information and even provided us with a contact for someone to help us with rot repair instead of working as the middle man and increasing the cost. Update: AZ lawyers have now notified me that they are not protecting my interest and that I should obtain my own legal advice. It is also stated that AZ has no capacity to pay their suppliers. Update: I currently have a Builders Lien on my home because AZ Siding has not paid their suppliers. I have been very patient as Andre (the owner) has assured me that this issue would be taken care of.
