Gene Sherman came to visit and spend at least 4 hours at our place. This is after he forgot show up at a previously setup time. As of now writing this review which is after 2-3 weeks after his visit, we are yet to receive any estimate from the company. Very irresponsible.

I had Gene come out and give a quote for backdoor blinds today. He was not personable at all and treated me and my husband like we weren’t even there in our own home. My husband asked for his card and he proceeded to just throw it across the counter to him as well as the price sheet he wrote. We had called after he left to simply ask for the measurements he took to see how far up the blinds would be going then he refused because he said we would probably shop somewhere else, when we asked for measurements just to see how far... read more
