We contracted with AZ Sedans to provide transportation on a fixed schedule for three days a week. They were consistently late and sometimes failed to show up. They also tried to change the time on a regular basis in order to accommodate other business opportunities. When we made the decision to cancel their services, we had already prepaid services for the week. The owner, Ben, promised to send a refund and never did. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We were completely dissatisfied with their services.
Great Customer Service! – I used the service for a night out with the boys. I spoke with Jessica in Customer Service who took my reservation, she was extremely nice! The prices were below a few other companies I called before calling AZ Sedans, and the vehicle we had was really really nice. I'm glad I called AZ Sedans. My wedding is coming up in a few months I will make sure to use them again for my wedding!
