We’ve used AZ Royal Granite for two different remodel projects over the years-kitchen and bathroom and both times the quality of their work and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Most recently, we had them install a large glass shower door, which turned out beautifully. Over a year later, the door had gotten slightly off track (maybe thanks to kids 🤷♀️)and I reached out to them. We used AZ Royal Granite & Remodeling for a bathroom remodel in August 2020. The look of the finished product was beautiful. The entire project cost $8,900. That was for tub tear out, all new tile throughout the bathroom, shower installation and glass door enclosures. In June of 2024 while we were sleeping the shower glass doors exploded with such force, they took chunks out of the walls and woodwork. The absolute worst representation for a company I have ever had. The guys aid he would get back to me, waited a week and never got back to me, finally reached out to him again, he said oh yes I can take care of.. Then never responded again after that. Alex, I'm sure u are a great owner but this is very unprofessional of the people representing you. This just put me in a big bind in timing to get project done
They quoted us over $6400 for 1 remnant slab for a bbq grill. This is outrageous and borderline criminal. Never use them again!
