I called for pricing a little over a year ago and I did not follow through on the purchasing of the storage racking due to some family business. I called back and the lady who answered the was very rude I ask her for some pricing she told me that she gave pricing a year ago and if I didn’t purchase it than I wouldn’t purchase it now. If that’s how you handle customers that’s not a place to do business.
