Another real estate company in Perth that doesn’t care about prospective tenants and all they care about is $$$. Made an application in December for a property, got told applications would be reviewed, Alice Yuan repeatedly just ignores emails and doesn’t even have the decency to reply. Extremely poor customer service but another real estate company that gets away with it because of the current climate and they know they will always have prospective tenants because of the housing crisis.
AZ Property made my home-buying experience enjoyable! Their team was responsive and genuinely cared about my needs. Highly recommend!
