I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, fresh, and very well organized. The atmosphere was relaxing, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. This was honestly the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I have no idea how they have decent ratings. I went in for a basic manicure, and as soon as the technician started working on my nails, I knew it was going to be bad. I have a lot of dry skin and cuticle that usually needs proper trimming, but while he was filing, none of my nails were shaped evenly or consistently.
