Title: Overpriced & Problem Unresolved – Very Disappointing Experience I called AZ Preferred Plumbing because my AC was freezing up outside and shutting off at night. Since they were nearby, I expected quick and professional help. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The technician replaced the contactor and capacitor, which did not fix the issue. I tried to call your office but didn’t get an answer, hopefully you check Google. One of your service vans was spraying water all along Riggs Road and then pulled over into the gas station to continue draining his tank in the parking lot. Hopefully this is only clean water as it was spraying my truck along with everyone else’s vehicle.

I was charged $350 for a simple 10-minute snake drain job, which felt excessive for the time and effort involved. While the technician was prompt and the issue was resolved quickly, the cost was far above what I expected for such a basic service. I recommend asking for a detailed quote upfront to avoid surprises.
