On May 25th, 2022 ordered a Eco-Clear EC3900U Pond Filter from the AZ Pond Warehouse and when I received it the inter UV Light Glass Sleeve was broken and the Manager at AZ Ponds would NOT STAND behind this Product! My ZipCode is 08046 and was told there is no such ZipCode and Cannot Do Anything for me! Forced to Junk the New Filter and Buy from a Local Reputable Pond Dealer! There were too many algaecides to chose from so I decided to call. The pone was answered immediately. I explained the size of my pond, type of plants and fish. He narrowed it down to one selection and added that if stored properly, I would get at least two seasons on the amount I purchased. The price was affordable, the knowledge was helpful. Post order, I received an email confirming my order. Was a pleasure doing business with.
