Cold, unfriendly atmospherre. A very long wait evenyou arrive early & ,prepared.You will wait. Not option to fill out lengthy new patient paperwork prior to appointment date to save time for provider & patient. Disconnected feeling from walking in to the office. The MA was the best part. I can't remember your name though! Everyone else was cold & just like, nah! At least be friendly & don't check your watch in the first 5 minutes of a first appointment of a new patients appointment who has multiple levels of pain & issues. W... read more
Dr. David Ray has immensely improved my quality of life. He has an outstanding level of skill, compassion and understanding. Dr. Ray is the epitome of what a doctor should be and I owe him dearly.. thank you sir.
I'm constantly having to fight the pharmacy and insurance company to get my meds. The local pharmacy thought they should decide my pain level and ignore the order that my doctor sent in. After many,many,many phone calls the nurses and MA got my meds to be filled that day! This may sound trivial but when you live in pain and can't get your meds, it effects you and everyone around you. Thank you so much 😊
