Brittany provided my test results and answered all of my questions. She took time to understand my concerns and discussed possible next steps. Her knowledge about MS gave me peace of mind. I appreciate her insights.
I was very disappointed with this appointment. Brittany did not prepare at all even knowing that we were there to get results about my husband’s neuro psych tests. She had to skim the report and if I didn’t ask questions it would have been even more superficial than it was. Needless to say we considered the meeting to be very important to learn whether my husband’s memory loss was dementia. I left with more questions than answers and asked to have the report sent to me so I could have a more complete summary of the findings.
Julia listened to what I had to say about my symptoms and explained what I was experiencing to my condition. It was a helpful visit.
