These gays are the best you can get. The came last minute and did an amazing job. Zak and Damian were very professional and they made sure all of our furniture was properly protected they even put together our three piece couch without being asked. 10 out of ten would recommend. Plus they had the lowest price.
Do NOT use this company. My experience from start to finish was extremely disappointing, and the lack of customer service afterward has been even worse. After raising major concerns—including incorrect billing—they told me they would follow up. They never did. Over the past month I have tried to contact them more than 20 times through every phone number listed on their website/Google as well as by email. I have received no response whatsoever. This company is crazy work. Beware. Booked a move, ended up not needing it so I called Friday October 24th and left a voicemail as no one answered. Texted on Monday, October 27th that I needed to cancel and was told I would be charged 2 hour minimum due to not a week notice. Didn't even argue because I have AMEX and they always take care of me. The whole expertise was great. The guys had excellent communication, showed up in time, carefully packed everything and disassembled/reassembled the bed. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
I normally don’t do reviews but buyer beware. I moved from a 1 bedroom apt. I personally packed everything myself and stacked it at the door for easy removal on a 1st floor apartment they were a hour late to arrive even after I agreed to accommodate pushing my time back. Came in on the phone because things promised on the booking were missing.
