They came out and inspected my company golf cart. Gave me a quote for repairs and stated they were going to order the part. I paid for the service call and continued to wait 4 weeks for a response. I call almost daily and no one answers or calls back. Very unprofessional. Now I have to pay another company for a service call and repairs. If you don't want to do the work, tell the client instead of making them wait.
