Hired Ash Zayed himself for a traffic ticket matter in Hays County and paid a cash retainer upfront. Experienced a complete refusal to take phone calls, with the attorney communicating exclusively through text messages and refusing to discuss the case details. ​Upon terminating services, the attorney responded with retaliatory, hostile communication and maintained that he was entitled to keep the entire retainer despite performing no substantive legal work. Filled out the contact form for this AZ law firm and never heard a single word back. No call, no email, nothing. If a law firm can’t even bother responding to people reaching out for help, that tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. Don’t waste your time.
