I called for help with evidence retrieval and they couldn’t even give me any type of help. After reaching out to the owner after their response they tried to charge me $1000 to retrieve $400 worth of property. Contacted Austin PD and the detective told me ask I had to do was a background check and they would release it. This guy will call you brother while lying straight to your face. Definitely don’t take this guys word for anything. I retrieved my firearm for $0.
