Great Dermatology Clinic! The reception staff were attentive and friendly. Diana, the Nurse Practitioner, was thorough and discovered several lesions that required biopsies, one of which was a Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Dr. Sanniec performed the cancer removal, provided easy to follow post-op instructions, and answered all of my questions.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had prepaid for 8 session of laser hair removal, only to be told in the middle of the treatments that the remaining treatments would not be honored due to the clinic being under new ownership. They also said they would not refund me for the remaining sessions. This was completely unprofessional - a reputable clinic should stand behind any packages sold, not leave their customers cheated out of their money. It was a little hard to find your office but once we did the experience was a very positive one. From the front desk check-in, to the pre exam and the actual exam by the PA was all excellent. Thanks everyone!
