Hired this company, February 2026 for outdoor landscaping revisions I was required to make a down payment before work started of $22,000 then when work began another $22,000 then with a few revisions needed to pay another $10,500 plus $3800 for a barbecue that they ordered for me. This work was to be completed in March. It is now mid June and it still isn’t done.. What a God awful experience with this company, 10 weeks in and we still can't get warranty work scheduled. This is for an issue that was reported 6 weeks after having the job done. According to them, it was determined to have been "caused by the rain" during our driest recorded year. These are photos of the pavers we had done in January, by March the pavers are caving in, sometimes work is subpar, people make mistakes, that's fine, nobody is perfect, things happen, but this constant run-around, no contact, missed appointment... read more
