I removed my previous review, updating it. We had some communication issues that were rectified. We appreciate the professionalism in getting us the warranty information and addressing the issues we had, even after their commitment was done. Everyone was pleasant to work with, patient and remained professional even when we were not completely satisfied. The space Marc created and his team delivered is our Sanctuary. This isn't the review we wanted to leave. Initially, our experience was good. We were working in a 3 Phase project. Phase 1-Backyard landscape with artificial turf (no warranty paperwork on turf yet) went extremely well. Phase 2 - Pergola, pavers, fireplace, Kool-decking refinish & front yard landscaping was challenging. There won't be a Phase 3. AZ Landscape Pros did a great job on out backyard, turning it from the Arizona red dirt into a nice backyard space that we can relax in. The work was done in a timely manner. We had pavers, both for the patio and walkways, rocks, a pergola, irrigation, french drain, and artificial turf installed. It looks great, Marc and the team made sure that we were satisfied with their work. I would hire them again.
