It was such a pleasure to meet Alicia. She is very professional, very attentive listener and observant. She picked up on all my verbal and non-verbal cues and effortlessly came up with amazing, impressive and cost effective design ideas. If anyone feels apprehensive about having a design consultation, must call Alicia. Her approach is unique and personalised. I cannot praise her enough or thank her enough.

Alicia was brilliant. I have no experience of design and felt a bit at sea with my new house. I needed help with decisions about paint and paper. Alicia understood the project very quickly and helped me work out a plan that I'm really happy with, and gave me lots of ideas for further improvements later on.

I work with Alicia to supply her bathroom projects and find that she's really easy to work with when going through her ideas for her clients projects. She has an obvious interest in each project with a clear understanding of what is needed. Alicia has a calm about her and I can see she always has a personable rapport with her clients (and me!).
