I signed up to do Exomind treatments and after the first one I felt extreme anxiety and pressure around my eyes that affected my vision. The high anxiety lasted for days and even a week later my anxiety is higher than normal. I told the doctor I did not want to continue and would pay for 1 treatment but would like the rest refunded. I was referred to Dr. Atienza by my GP, whom I trust wholeheartedly. Since undergoing a fairly invasive procedure earlier this year, I’ve experienced significant complications. Out of more than a dozen physicians I’ve seen, she is one of only two who have truly taken the time to listen. Feeling heard means everything, especially in a healthcare system where genuine understanding can feel so rare. Just having started care I have little feedback in terms of results, but I am extremely optimistic.
My 2 visits with this Functional Medicine person was absolutely the worst ever. I was retested for mold toxicity thru Melinda. The results were postive in 2 categoríes: one being Black mold. Any practitioner that treats this should be able to start the cliente on a prescriptive paths of detoxing which is critical for recovery. This practitioner did not do this! Highly recommend Dr. Atienza. She was very thorough and straight to the point. She took the time to answer all of my questions and reasonings for her recommendations.
