Terrible Customer Service working with the front desk with attitude and lack of commitment to either researching where my referral was in the process with the high-tech quantum compute or AI LLC framework of the "The FAX" or calling Banner to research where we were in the process. Elite attitude at which point the CS rep told me to go somewhere else. Didn't know the phone was service by the owners Maninder Kahlon and Swaraj Singh. Terrible support run away.
Received a call from the Dr’s office advising I needed to reschedule my mother’s appointment. My mom resides in Assisted Living and I had already set up the wheelchair van transport and I also had to arrange with the staff NOT to wake her early to get her ready for her appointment. Then… on the day I rescheduled her appointment , I showed up at the office and was advised they didn’t have her in the schedule and she wouldn’t e able to seen.
