Overall bad experience. From scheduling the appointment to the interactions with the medical assistant and the interactions with the authorizations department! I want to sincerely thank Sharmin Nurani, M.S., PA-C, at AZ Integrated Neuro Spine & Pain for her professionalism, kindness, and the outstanding care she provided during my visit. Her professionalism truly stood out, from the warm welcome she gave me to the clear and thorough way she explained each step of the process. I saw a gentleman named Victor who was performing my VNG testing today. He was absolutely amazing. He always checking to make sure I'm feeling ok, I never felt judged for needing breaks in between the tests, and he did everything he could to make me comfortable throughout my tests. I wasn't able to finish all of the tests today, so I will go back tomorrow to complete the last ones. I can't wait to work with him again. He just makes you feel at ease.
They will NOT answer the phone. They will just keep putting you back on hold over and over again. The music stops and it starts ringing.... but just kidding back to the music. I have called at three different times of day and can not get anyone to answer the phone. This happened last year too. Terrible
