I had a very terrible experience with Az Insurance Team. They cancelled the wrong policy leaving my autos completely uninsured for 3 weeks. When I called to get it fixed, Tyra brushed me off saying it was almost 5:00 and most likely they would deal with it on Monday. I even asked if my car insurance can be reinstated and she said no because apparently she can’t see the old policy. I asked what am I supposed to do then since I have no car insurance.
